WASHINGTON DC – CresaPartners is pleased to have represented Potomac Institute for Policy Studies (Potomac Institute) in a renegotiation and expansion of their office lease. Potomac Institute will occupy a total of 52,138 square feet at 901 N. Stuart Street in Arlington, Virginia.

The landlord for the building is Ballston Metro Investors LLC, and was represented in this transaction by Gates, Hudson & Associates’ Karen O’Gorman.
