CresaPartners Project Management represents BAE Systems in LEED Commercial Interiors Certification

WASHINGTON DC – CresaPartners Project Management is pleased to have represented BAE Systems’ US Combat Systems, in the successful management of their office build out and the securing of LEED-CI Gold Certification for 12,182 square feet at Quantico Corporate Center, 1000 Corporate Drive in Stafford, Virginia.

The CresaPartners Project Management team for this project includes Kathy Thomas, Managing Principal and Chilton Griffin, LEED AP, Project Manager. Kathy and Chilton handled full project management services for this fast-track project, as well as the LEED registration, management and certification process.

This is BAE Systems’ US Combat Systems and CresaPartners Project Management’s first LEED project since BAE Systems announced its Green Initiatives for 2009. CresaPartners Project Management is the exclusive project management provider for BAE Systems nationwide.
