Lease Renewal Is One of this Year’s Largest in Northern Bergen County

Paramus, NJ —James Scancarella, Larry Leib, and Robert Rencarge of CresaPartners in Paramus, NJ, recently represented Par Pharmaceutical Companies in a 59,485 SF office lease at 300 Tice Boulevard in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. The lease renewal is one of the largest this year in Northern Bergen County. Par Pharmaceutical develops, manufactures, markets, and distributes high-quality pharmaceuticals through two divisions: Par Pharmaceutical, the generic drug division, and Strativa Pharmaceuticals, the proprietary products division. The company renewed its lease in this 230,000 SF Class-A office building to take advantage of favorable conditions in today’s tenants’ market.

The landlord, Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, was represented in-house by Christopher DeLorenzo.

This is the second recent major transaction on Tice Boulevard. CresaPartners also represented Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC in a 37,000 SF office lease at 123 Tice Boulevard.
