CresaPartners Assists John Hancock Financial Network South Florida Group with Relocation and Expansion

MIAMI, FL – CresaPartners, the largest and fastest-growing commercial tenant representation firm in the U.S., assisted John Hancock Financial Network South Florida Group in an office lease relocation to the 1101 Brickell Avenue North Tower from the South Tower. The seven-year, 8,420 square foot transaction includes a 2,323 square foot expansion.
Luciana Carvalho, who is part of the CresaPartners Team with Barbara Liberatore Black and Matthew Goodman, represented John Hancock in the lease negotiations. While the office expansion represented a 38% increase in space for John Hancock, they will receive an overall savings to their present occupancy costs.
