CresaPartners Helps the YMCA of Greater Miami Relocate Its Headquarters

MIAMI, FL – CresaPartners, the largest and fastest-growing commercial tenant representation firm in the U.S., recently assisted the YMCA of Greater Miami in an 11,002 square foot lease transaction. The YMCA of Greater Miami will be relocating its association offices to 730 NW 107th Avenue, a facility that houses additional space for the YMCA’s Childrens Services department. The YMCA is scheduled to move into the new offices in the last quarter of 2010.

Matthew Goodman, Principal and Barbara Liberatore Black, Founding Principal of CresaPartners, represented the YMCA in the lease negotiation. The landlord, CRP-2 Holdings CC, LP was represented by Douglas Okum of Continental Real Estate.
