CresaPartners represents Triple Canopy in relocation

WASHINGTON DC – CresaPartners is pleased to have represented Triple Canopy, a provider of security and risk management services to government agencies, private corporations and non-governmental organizations worldwide, in their relocation to 2 Reston Crescent, 12018 Sunrise Valley Drive in Reston, Virginia. Triple Canopy will occupy 32,640 square feet at the building.

In addition to transaction services, Triple Canopy also engaged CresaPartners’ Project Management. CresaPartners’ Richard Rhodes, Thomas Birnbach, and Sammy Buckner, represented Triple Canopy on the transaction side, and Project Management services are provided by Kathy Thomas. The landlord for the building is Brookfield Properties Management LLC and was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Dave Millard, John Henschel, and Peter Berk.
