L. “Rusty” Meadows, II, LEED AP, Senior Vice President, Strategic Services to their Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Meadows, formerly President and Founding Director of Perkins+Will’s Washington, D.C. office, will continue his career representing the domestic and international real estate requirements of association, professional service, corporate, and federal clients.

Mr. Meadows brings a distinguished track record of integrating the diverse factors of business, real estate, design, construction, engineering, and project management. His strategic real estate plans have resulted in the completion of more than 55 major projects encompassing over 300 buildings for some of the area’s most prestigious clients.

Prior to his tenure at Perkins+Will, Mr. Meadows was a real estate manager for AT&T for nearly a decade where he was responsible for strategic planning and for developing real estate policy across their 26,000 building portfolio. Mr. Meadows is a frequent speaker, author, and an active member of many Washington DC real estate industry associations. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from West Virginia Institute of Technology and an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering.
