CresaPartners represents BAE Systems in leasing at Redland Corporate Center

WASHINGTON D.C. – CresaPartners, an international corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants, is pleased to announce today that BAE Systems will be the anchor tenant at Redland Corporate Center, 520 Gaither Road in Rockville, Maryland, leasing the entire building.

BAE Systems will relocate in April 2010 to Phase III of Redland Corporate Center from its current facility at 4115 Aspen Hill Road, in Silver Spring, Maryland, which it has occupied since 1968. The relocation was driven by a desire for a more efficient and modern environment. The relocation will accommodate BAE Systems’ space needs in approximately half the space the company currently occupies in Aspen Hill and satisfy financial, geographical, quality, expansion and image requirements. After searching the I-270 corridor, Redland Corporate Center was able to best accommodate the requirements.
