ATLANTA – CresaPartners, the largest tenant representation firm in North America, recently assisted Adams Capital, Inc. in the early renewal of its lease of 3,420 square feet at 600 Galleria Parkway SE, Suite 1850, Atlanta, Georgia 30339. Hansell Roddenbery, Vice President of CresaPartners Atlanta represented Adams Capital in the lease negotiations.

However, within the last few months, the market has softened and the final terms offered by the landlord made lease renewal a financially sound decision.”
Connie Engel, Childress Klein Properties, represented the owner of the 600 Galleria Parkway building, the State Teacher Retirement System of Ohio. The 430,000 square foot building was completed in 2002 and attained Energy Star status in 2009. It is located in the Atlanta Galleria Office Park near the crossroads of I-285 and I-75.
