Dorough & Dorough Expands and Relocates Decatur Office

The new 9,527 square foot office will maintain the law firm’s presence on the courthouse square in Decatur.

ATLANTA – CresaPartners, the largest tenant representation firm in North America, recently assisted the law firm of Dorough & Dorough, LLC in its lease of 9,527 square feet at 160 Clairmont Avenue, Suite 650, Decatur, Georgia 30030. Joe Grace, Vice President of CresaPartners Atlanta, and Kevin Creel, Managing Principal, represented Dorough & Dorough in the transaction.

Dorough & Dorough, LLC was formed in 1998 by David and Kathy Dorough to provide real estate related legal services. The firm serves some of the most successful national, regional, and local builders and developers of planned communities and condominium projects. Dorough & Dorough also represents over 450 community associations in the Atlanta area. This expansion will be the fifth time the firm has grown in the past ten years.

Kirk Rich, Rich Real Estate Services, Inc., represented Lexington Realty Trust, the owner of the 160 Clairmont Avenue building. The six story, Class A, office building is conveniently located in the heart of Decatur, near the DeKalb County Courthouse. Both the interior and exterior of the property have been newly renovated, with an updated conference center and health/fitness facility.
