CresaPartners Represents Bilzin Sumberg in Largest Tenant Transaction in South Florida This Year

MIAMI, FL – CresaPartners, the largest and fastest-growing commercial tenant representation firm in the U.S., announced the completion of an 80,000 square foot office lease transaction for the law firm Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP. Barbara Liberatore Black, Vice Chair & Founding Principal and Matthew Goodman, Principal of CresaPartners office located in Miami represented the firm in a 15-year lease at the developing 1450 Brickell Office Tower. Bilzin Sumberg’s 80,000 square feet of space will be located on four floors of the building (21st through 24th) and the lease will commence January 2011.
