LG Hausys America, Inc. Establishes US Headquarters in Cobb County with Relocation of New Jersey Personnel
The new US Headquarters of LG Hausys America, Inc. will house staff from the Adairsville, Georgia plant and 30 employees from New Jersey.

ATLANTA – CresaPartners, an international corporate real estate advisory firm, assisted LG Hausys America, Inc. (LG Hausys) in its lease of 9,938 square feet at 900 Circle 75 Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30339. Bob Misdom, Vice President of CresaPartners, represented LG Hausys in lease negotiations for its new US Headquarters location in Cobb County.
LG Hausys has three business domains: Windows, Interior Materials and Highly Functional Materials / Components. LG Hausys is expanding its business globally, starting in China and Russia, by providing a total window solution using a wide range of integrated materials, including PVC, AL, AL-Wood, and glass. The company also offers a variety of interior solutions from flooring, wall-covering, and HI-MACS to interior design services. The 345,502 square foot, Class B office building was built in 1984 and offers covered parking, conference facilities, and other on-site amenities. 900 Circle 75 Parkway is located in the Circle 75 Office Park in the Cumberland/Galleria area of Atlanta.
