Central Pipe and Supply Expands PVF Warehouse and Manufacturing Facility by 44% in Doraville

Central Pipe and Supply Renews Lease and Expands to 90,317 square feet

ATLANTA – CresaPartners, an international corporate real estate advisory firm, represented S & P Investment, Inc., also known as Central Pipe and Supply, in lease negotiations for expansion of its distribution facility to 90,317 square feet of industrial space. Ed Riggins, Executive Vice President of CresaPartners Atlanta, assisted Central Pipe and Supply in its decision to retain its warehouse and manufacturing facilities at 4164 Northeast Expressway, Doraville, Georgia 30340, and to lease additional space.

Central Pipe and Supply was founded in 1998 as a pipe, valve, and fittings (PVF) fabricator servicing the fire protection market. Originally, the company had a 7,500 square foot warehouse, three employees and assorted welding and threading equipment. Over the past eleven years, Central Pipe and Supply has grown to more than 60 employees and now services the fire protection, utility, industrial, plumbing and mechanical markets. The company’s sales have doubled every three years and it is now one of the largest independent suppliers in the Southeast.

“Maintaining our Doraville presence is important, since this is the main corridor of our customer base,” said Steve Sheppard, owner and founder of Central Pipe and Supply. “With CresaPartners’ assistance, we have expanded four times over the past eight years at this location and will use the new space to house larger inventories to meet increasing customer demand.”
