Four Earn LEED AP Designation

CresaPartners’ Shawn Gilreath, Sean Magialardo, Joyce Smith and Chris Richter earned the designation LEED AP, or Accredited Professional, from the U.S. Green Building Council.

The CresaPartners Green Team has an advanced depth of knowledge in green building practices, is knowledgeable about the LEED designation process, and focused on assisting clients to acheive the designation and to understand the benefits of the LEED certification system.
