Intellinet increases visibility with office consolidation within the Concourse Corporate Center.

ATLANTA – CresaPartners, the largest pure tenant representation firm in North America, represented Intellinet in the lease renewal and consolidation of its corporate headquarters at Two Concourse Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia, 30328. Intellinet will move its operations into a new 9,667 square foot office on the first floor of the building. Richard T. (Bubba) Chrismer, Principal, and Andrew Waguespack, Vice President of CresaPartners, assisted Intellinet in the negotiations.
Intellinet is a 15 year-old, Atlanta-based IT consulting firm that has recently been named as one of only 18 national Microsoft Consulting Services Preferred Service Partners. J. Frank Bell III founded Intellinet in 1993 in his Peachtree Road apartment, and the company has since experienced a long and successful history working with Microsoft to deliver technology solutions to various Fortune 500 companies. The company also has offices in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Houston, Texas.

Two Concourse Parkway is an eight story building, with a total of 288,816 rentable square feet, built around a full height atrium of dramatic landscaping and water features. It is located in the 63 acre Concourse business park, most well known for its “king and queen” buildings, near the intersection of GA 400 and I-285.
