Press Release, April 28, 2009
ATLANTA – CresaPartners, an international corporate real estate advisory firm, represented Implantable Provider Group in negotiations for relocation of the headquarters to a new 13,936 square foot office in Northwinds II. Kevin Creel, Principal of CresaPartners, and Joe Grace, Vice President, assisted Implantable Provider Group in its decision to move to 2520 Northwinds Parkway, Suite 300, Alpharetta, Georgia 30009.
Implantable Provider Group assists medical providers in the management of high cost implantable devices, such as pacemakers, defibrillators, infusion pumps, spinal cord stimulators and orthopedic implants. The company’s Implantable Device ManagementSM (IDM) is the most comprehensive management system in the market for commercial payors to address the challenges of providing high-cost implantable devices. Implantable Provider Group streamlines the billing and reimbursement process and eliminates financial risks for its clients.
“Maintaining our North Fulton presence was important to our employees, but our growth plans could not be sufficiently accommodated at our current location,” said Michael Jones, founder and President & COO of Implantable Provider Group. “With CresaPartners’ assistance, we selected Northwinds II not only for the location but also because it fits nicely with our three to five year growth plan, as we fully expect to need additional space in the near future.”
“From our vast experience representing fast growth technology companies, we know that both costs and flexibility are crucial.” said Kevin Creel, Principal with CresaPartners. “Given the economy, the timing was right to negotiate a very favorably priced lease for Implantable Provider Group, with expansion rights to provide for future growth.”
Wes Hardy of Duke Realty Corporation represented the landlord, Duke Realty Limited Partnership. Northwinds Center features six buildings near GA 400 and Haynes Bridge Road and offers a comprehensive package of amenities, including two hotels, four banks, nine restaurants, two fitness facilities and a day care center.
