CresaPartners Represents BAE Systems in Lease at President’s Park

WASHINGTON D.C. - CresaPartners, an international corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants, today announced BAE Systems has leased 156,667 square feet in President’s Park Three, Herndon, VA.

“BAE Systems required additional space for growth and for the installation of a new data center. The company decided to capitalize on the soft commercial real estate market and locked in favorable terms and conditions for an extension of its lease term,” said Gene Sachs, Managing Principal, CresaPartners.

BAE Systems occupies the majority of the Class A building at 2525 Network Place in Herndon, Virginia, and has renewed its lease of 142,646 square feet, as well as expanded by 14,021 square feet. The lease for their existing space will commence November 2011, and lease commencement for the expanded space starts later this year. CresaPartners’ Managing Principal Gene Sachs represented BAE Systems along with the BAE Systems team at CresaPartners and Mike Jones of Liberty Property Trust negotiated on behalf of the landlord.
