TG Madison Renews 15,218 Square Feet in Tower Place 100 Advised By CresaPartners

ATLANTA – CresaPartners, the largest pure tenant representation firm in North America, represented TG Madison in the renewal of its 15,218 square feet office in the Tower Place 100 building, located at 3340 Peachtree Road, Atlanta, Georgia, 30326. TG Madison has occupied space on the 28th floor of Tower Place 100 for the past 15 years. Andrew Waguespack, Vice President, and Richard T. (Bubba) Chrismer, Principal, of CresaPartners, represented TG Madison in the transaction.

TG Madison advertising was founded by Joanne Truffelman and Lauren Genkinger in 1986. Both are leaders in their field.
