The Partners Group and Paramount Staffing plan relocation to Piedmont Center

ATLANTA – CresaPartners, an international corporate real estate advisory firm, assisted Partners International Holdings, LLC, parent company for The Partners Group and Paramount Staffing, in its decision to consolidate operations in Buckhead. The Partners Group will move from 270 Peachtree Street to Building 15 at Piedmont Center in April this year, with Paramount Staffing moving in early 2010. Hansell Roddenbery, Associate Director of CresaPartners, represented Partners International Holdings in its lease of 8,786 square feet at 3575 Piedmont Road, NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30305.
The Partners Group operates LateralAttorneys.com, a national web site devoted exclusively to recruiting and placing attorneys and paralegals. The company has offices in California, North Carolina and Tennessee, in addition to Atlanta. Paramount Staffing, currently located at One Buckhead Plaza, specializes in the placement of all levels of office personnel with an emphasis on legal, medical and corporate positions.

Mike Loy, Project Manager with CresaPartners, is responsible for coordinating the construction of the new offices at Piedmont Center.
