CresaPartners annouces promotion of Paul Ehrenreich to Principal

Washington DC – CresaPartners, a corporate real estate firm that exclusively represents tenants, today announced the promotion of Paul Ehrenreich to Principal of the company. Paul has been with CresaPartners since 1995, serving most recently as Senior Vice President.

In 2008, Paul Ehrenreich received the Top Producer Award and the Biggest Deal Award from CresaPartners for his highly effective work in representing the American Society of Hematology in its purchase of 2021 L Street, NW in downtown Washington. Paul is a key member of the team servicing BAE Systems’ national account requirements, and has been instrumental in completing numerous commercial real estate transactions in the Washington DC area and beyond, with special emphasis on the burgeoning health care sector. He is an expert in corporate real estate, construction management, and corporate leasing.

Prior to joining the Washington DC office of CresaPartners, Mr. Ehrenreich served as Assistant Vice President for Medlantic Enterprises, acting as landlord, construction manager, and tenant representative for Medlantic, now MedStar Health. He had previously been Director of Planning and Facilities Development for Fairfax Inova Hospital, where he supervised the planning, design, and construction of several inpatient and outpatient satellite facilities. Since coming to CresaPartners, he has represented the American Society of Nephrology, Association of Women’s Health, Obstetrics and Neonatal Nurses; the American Association of Cancer Research; Share Our Strength; The Jesuit Conference; National Rehabilitation Hospital; and Suburban Hospital. Other clients have included Genzyme Corporation and State Farm Insurance.

Mr. Ehrenreich holds a BA in biology from the University of Rochester and an MA in health administration from the Ohio State University.
