Gifford, Hillegass & Ingwersen, LLP Plans Relocation in 2009 to Concourse Corporate Center VI

ATLANTA, September 17, 2008 – Gifford, Hillegass & Ingwersen, LLP (GH&I), the Atlanta-based certified public accounting and advisory firm, announced today its plans to relocate its offices to Concourse Corporate Center VI in the Central Perimeter submarket. Following its relocation in June 2009, GH&I will occupy approximately 40,000 square feet on the sixth and seventh floors of the Concourse VI building. CresaPartners, an international corporate real estate advisory firm, represented GH&I in the site selection and negotiations.

The building was constructed in 1991 by The Landmarks Group and has 33 stories, with almost 700,000 square feet of rentable space. With dramatic atrium lobbies, finished in granite and Italian marble, the building offers excellent access to MARTA rapid transit, restaurants, retail and on-site banks, as well as ample free parking. Cousins Properties Incorporated manages the building. David Shope, Vice President of Office Leasing, and Teresa Johnson, Leasing Associate, represented the landlord, TIAA-CREF, in the GH&I lease transaction.
