ATLANTA – CresaPartners, an international corporate real estate advisory firm, recently assisted Jackson Associates Research, Inc. in negotiations for 6,742 square feet of office space at 1180 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Georgia 30309. Jackson Associates will open a second premier market research facility at the Midtown location and will continue to operate its current Perimeter location at 1140 Hammond Drive, Atlanta, Georgia. Tom Tindall and Ronnie Cannon represented Jackson Associates in the lease negotiations.

Located at the intersection of 14th Street and Peachtree Street, this Hines developed property was the first high-rise office building in the southeastern United States to be certified for Gold status in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Core and Shell Development program (LEED-CS), which is sponsored by the U.S. Green Building Council. Larry Channell, of Hines, represented the landlord in the transaction.
