Afterburner expands and relocates to 55 Ivan Allen Plaza

ATLANTA, May 5, 2008 – CresaPartners, an international corporate real estate advisory firm, recently assisted Afterburner, Inc. with its new office space lease of 8,784 square feet at 55 Ivan Allen Junior Boulevard in Downtown Atlanta. Billy Hobbs, Principal, and Jason Jones, Director, represented Afterburner in the lease negotiations.
Afterburner, Inc. is a group of more than 50 fighter pilots who teach the “flawless execution” process of military aviation to business organizations around the world. CresaPartners’ Jason Jones is a former Naval aviator who understands the decision-making process of Afterburner’s management team and quickly located office space to fulfill the company’s desire for an upscale environment with good visibility.

Dennis Compton, VP and Director of Project Management with CresaPartners, is coordinating construction of the office space. Afterburner plans to move from its current location at 1503 B Northside Drive in June of this year.
