Lawyers Title Insurance Company Leases Space at The Alter Group’s Brookside Concourse

Atlanta, GA – LandAmerica Property Services, a subsidiary of LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc (www.landam.com) has leased 12,353 SF of space in Brookside/700 at The Alter Group’s (www.altergroup.com) Brookside Concourse business park in Alpharetta, GA. Michael J. Alter, President of the Chicago-based national corporate real estate development firm, announced the lease.

This location, located at 4300 Alexander Drive, will be the headquarters and east-coast service center for LandAmerica Property Services, a subsidiary of LandAmerica Financial Group. The office supports the operations of the company’s national home inspection and home warranty services. LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc a leading provider of real estate transaction services with over 700 offices and a network of more than 8,500 active agents. LandAmerica serves agent, residential, commercial and lender customers throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada, the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe and Asia. The 45-acre Brookside Concourse is located at Highway 120 (Old Milton Parkway, formerly State Bridge Road), just east of Georgia 400. Part of the 204-acre, mixed-use Brookside business park, Brookside Concourse ultimately will have more than 550,000 SF of single- and multi-story office space.
