CresaPartners renegotiates industrial lease renewal to keep airfreight transporter near airport

ATLANTA – CresaPartners of GA LLC, recently negotiated the lease renewal for AnyTime Service Co., local airfreight transportation and trucking company. Ed Riggins, an advisor with CresaPartners, an international corporate advisory firm, represented AnyTime Service Co. in securing the 43,397-square-foot industrial space in Forest Park, just south of Atlanta.

“This lease renewal was definitely the best option for AnyTime Service,” Riggins said. “The location near Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is in perfect proximity for the transportation work that they do. Renewing this industrial lease also allows their work to continue without disruption.”

AnyTime Service Co’s primary function is transporting airfreight from venues throughout Georgia to local airports. It also provides freight-warehousing services for a variety of commercial clients.

Kent Walker of Selig Enterprises represented the landlord in the transaction. The transaction was completed November 20, 2007.
