Combine several different business units that were operating
in five different locations. Provide a location that allowed
each of the businesses to increase revenue while lowering
total operating costs. As one of the businesses is a computer
training operation, issues such as HVAC, parking and ease
of access were critical.
After extensive employee demographic analysis and location
studies, we selected a building that was in the planning
stages. Through detailed planning and programming, we
delivered a solution that lowered the occupancy costs
of the corporation, provided ample parking and met all
the technical criteria of the operation. Move-in was
on schedule on July 1, 1999, and the tenant improvements
were under budget by approximately $50,000, thereby
allowing for some upgrades to the space.
