CLIENT OBJECTIVES
Secure controlled mid-term cost reductions for the Woodland Hills facility by correcting space inefficiencies and capitalizing on the current market weakness. Additional goals were to improve HR aspects (parking, amenities, location) while maintaining flexibility in anticipation of pending legislation affecting the healthcare industry.

RESULT
CresaPartners evaluated the economics and feasibility of a re-stack in the current building while simultaneously processing relocation alternatives. We coordinated the interviews and selection of the architect, project manager and contractor. We also evaluated the potential tax implications of the then-proposed Valley secession plan on locations in the City of Los Angeles.
