To provide a real estate service to the US subsidiary of this luxury goods retailer that provided consistency and quality across a mixed-use lease portfolio.

RESULT
CresaPartners has advised this client exclusively on all its real estate issues since 1994, including: advice on relocation options in prime retail locations on Fifth Avenue, Madison Avenue and East 57th Street; renegotiation and extension of existing lease on 6,100 sf flagship store at Trump Tower; design of a two-phase expansion plan including identification of specific options in locations across the US; expansion of US operation to include two additional stores and a showroom in New York and Los Angeles; relocation of warehouse and administrative operations in New York; selection of project professionals for specific assignments; and ongoing maintenance of key data within the leased real estate portfolio.
