The Birmingham office of CresaPartners handles office and industrial transactions throughout the State of Alabama with multiple transactions currently in Huntsville, Birmingham, Montgomery, Tuscaloosa, Mobile and throughout the remainder of the State.  Our office specializes in Municipal Services with current public sector clients including:  City of Birmingham, City of Hoover, City of Prichard/Mobile, City of Helena, City of Thomasville as well as a strategic alliance with the State of Alabama on specific office projects.

Through our corporate/public service initiatives, the Birmingham office of CresaPartners offers Strategic Planning; Tenant Representation which includes disposition, lease expansions, renewals and relocation; , Municipal Services, Site Selection and Incentives and Project Management.  The Alabama economy is diversified with Huntsville being  primarily comprised of Defense and NASA contractors; Birmingham with a composition  of financial, medical, entrepreneurers, large headquarter entities and other professionals; Montgomery is the center of state government; and Mobile to the South is a large port and shipping community which has seen high growth the past three (3) years.  Our university communities of Auburn-Opelika (Auburn University) and Tuscaloosa (The University of Alabama) add a unique balance to our recruiting abilities which has lead to Alabama becoming a world automotive manufacturing leader.
